Melissa worked with our family for around 4 years when our 3rd child arrived. She was a continuously kind, calm and gentle presence in our home. All of our children formed a special bond with her and still ask to see her to this day. Melissa really went the extra mile for our family when we moved from Sheffield and continued working with us throughout some big changes. I highly recommend her as someone who really values the children in her care and who takes time to get to know them individually.
