From the moment we met Melissa we realised that she was going to a great fit for our family and looking after our young baby.
We had not previously used nannies but were extremely reassured with her friendliness and interaction with our son.
Melissa worked hard to understand our family and the needs of our son including his daily routine and made sure to keep a log of the day-to-day activities.
Melissa makes sure to nurture our son's social and emotional side by playing with him and taking him out on regular outings to the park and library. She sends us photos of the play times and he is always having fun with big smile on his face.
Melissa is organised, dependable and would discuss with us well in advance about her time off.
Melissa has been an absolute joy to have as a part of us. The greatest compliment we can pay Melissa is that we could completely rely on her looking after our son.
