Melissa is a real gem of a nanny. She has a real sense of warmth and fun, she is very kind and understanding and is so keen to ensure children feel secure, well cared for and entertained. Melissa is great company and very attentive to the children she looks after. Children really enjoy her company. She is so thoughtful, planning great activities. She is organised, reliable and solves problems easily when plans need to change. Melissa became a close and valuable member of our family. She is such a wonderful person, always looking to help. She is tidy, polite and easy going, happy to work as a team with carers to maintain consistent approaches to parenting. Any family would be very fortunate to have her as their nanny- she is gold dust !
