From the very first day, Sam has been absolutely incredible with our son. Her home is so warm and welcoming — it really does feel like a home from home. She’s kind, caring, and so patient, and nothing is ever too much trouble. You can tell how much she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the way the children light up when they see her.
Our son absolutely loves Sam and talks about her constantly. We couldn’t have wished for a better person to look after him — she’s given us total peace of mind knowing he’s happy, safe, and thriving every day.
