Aunty Carol should open a school!
Charlie has been going to Aunty Carols since January this year. I literally spent the entire 9 months of my pregnancy trying to find a local, genuine, excellent rated childminder. I knew I would be returning to work rather quickly with running my own business and Carol was there to offer support and encouragement the whole time.
At just 3 months old Charlie started at Aunty Carols 2 days a week. He is now 8 months old and goes 3 days a week... I am hoping for a space to come available for a 4th day! although this is another positive, Carol doesn't overstretch herself and cares for just 2 children a day.
I cannot stress what an absolute godsend Carol and Dave are. Charlie is excited the minute I get him out of the car.
Carol seems to accelerate whatever stage Charlie is up to in his development. from the first roll to now sitting up and always encouraging tummy time. I get numerous updates daily pictures of Charlie and a snippet of what he is doing that day. His daily diary is more detailed than Anne Frank. I love being able to catch up with what he has done, how many nappies he has gone through, what he has eaten and exactly how many ounces of milk he has consumed!
I have now alerted Charlie's home routine to fit around Carols...….because Carols is far more productive than mine was!
Carol and Dave are the most genuinely nicest people I have had the blessing of meeting. Their home (In one of the most beautiful villages out of them all) is perfect. It is absolutely centred around the children, there is an area for each age! Their garden is just perfect! Carol has a messy play area, a shed that is a shop and beautiful flowers perfectly cut lawn and birds all over!
I tried Charlie in nursery for a day...… it didn't work. Maybe I have been spoilt by Carols care.....but I am glad.
It took me 15 years to have the son of my dreams. He deserves the best; I am just so lucky we have found the best in Carol and Dave
