I cannot recommend Luknute highly enough. She cared for my son for a week live-in and from the very first day I had complete peace of mind — she is warm, calm, utterly reliable and genuinely kind. My son was happy, settled and safe in her care, and she has a natural gift for keeping children engaged with thoughtful, creative activities rather than screens. She stepped in to help our family at a very difficult time, at short notice, and handled everything with maturity, discretion and real professionalism. Her communication is excellent — she kept me updated throughout and I always knew my son was in the best possible hands. Her current DBS check, paediatric first‑aid training and early‑years qualifications gave me confidence from the outset, but it is her warmth and dependability that truly set her apart.
