I cannot recommend Luknute highly enough. She cared for my son for a week live-in and from the very first day I had complete peace of mind — she is warm, calm, utterly reliable and genuinely kind. My son was happy, settled and safe in her care, and she has a natural gift for keeping children engaged with thoughtful, creative activities rather than screens. She stepped in to help our family at a very difficult time, at short notice, and handled everything with maturity, discretion and real professionalism. Her communication is excellent — she kept me updated throughout and I always knew my son was in the best possible hands. Her current DBS check, paediatric first‑aid training and early‑years qualifications gave me confidence from the outset, but it is her warmth and dependability that truly set her apart. Any family would be fortunate to have her. Thank you, Luknute — we are very grateful.

Many thanks
Claims to have all these references and checks but our experience was nothing but horrendous. Disappeared on the third day saying she's going for a break and then never back and instead demanded money. We had to do most of the nanny work for her or watch her to a half job by just calling out the child's name. Wouldn't clean up after the child saying it's the hotels job. Just a lame excuse to not care for someone's child.

We met Luknute for the first time recently, and both my son and I liked her straight away. She has a calm and gentle presence, which made my little one feel comfortable very quickly. Everything went smoothly, and we’ve decided to continue with her. Highly recommend.
