My Requirements

Looking for a Carer who has worked as Nanny or Babysitter or Child Carer for childcare services at home (Potters Bar) for a child (13 yrs) with autistic needs to join an existing team of Carers. This is also there on nextdoor.

Carer Financial Emoluments:
You will need to go through PAYE employment, where your pay will be £xx.xx per hour (subjected to further NI deductions). This will be paid by the Council and their rates increase every year. Including the holiday pay this works out to be an average £yy.yy per hour. This can be a long term piece of work.

Carer Requirements:
• Please do have a look at our address where we are located. We live in Potters Bar, 16 minutes walk from the station. If you use public transport, then we get Bus Service PB. Please kindly proceed forward if the commute or travel suits you well.
• If everything goes on well with positive improvements, we are looking for your services for a very long-term duration. Please kindly do not pick up this job if you are only looking for a very short-term temporary or vacation engagement.

Carer Tasks:
• As a Carer, you will need to improve his social and life skills, spend time with him to improve his communication skills, reading and writing skills.
• As a Carer, you will need to improve on his language communication skills by using activity based learning and sensory based learning.
• As a Carer, engage with him to support his reading and writing skills via activity based puzzles or picture cards or games or similar approaches.
