About Me
I am married to Stu and have 4 lovely daughters aged 7, 14, 21 and 24. I also have a beautiful baby granddaughter.
I have been looking after children for the past 13 years on a professional basis as both a childminder and a teaching assistant. I offer a cosy home from home setting, looking after both early years children and school aged children during term time.
We have 2 cats.
My Experience
I have previous childcare experience as a childminder, a pre-school assistant and as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN school. I have worked with children aged from birth to young adults and have dealt with children with a range of additional needs / disabilities / medical needs and behavioural issues.
My Qualifications
I have relevant childminder qualifications which i have obtained through Dudley MBC. I have a Paediatric First Aid certificate, Safeguarding, Level 2 in Food Safety in Catering, Business Skills, EYFS.
I have Teaching Assistant level 2 and 3 and a Special Educational Needs Diploma.
I have recently completed an Access to Higher Education diploma in Social Sciences (Psychology and Sociology) and I'm currently doing a part time University degree in Childhood and Youth studies.
My Availability
I have one vacancy coming available mid July 2024 and another one coming available from September 2024 for Mon, Wed and Thurs. Term time only preferable but open to discuss year round care.
l drop off and pick up at Our Lady and St Kenelm RC Primary School in Halesowen only. I still have a few before and after school spaces. Please enquire for more information.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.60 per hour
I charge £4.60 per hour for children aged 5 and under attending my setting full time.
Children attending before school will be charged a set price of £4.85 and will be charged £4.60 per hour after school.
