My Requirements
Looking for a nanny (would consider a nanny share) for my son, born March 2017, for when I return to work at the start of October (2019). I require 15 hours per week, spread over 2 or 3 days. I am flexible in terms of days required.
We take a gentle approach to parenting. That is not to say our son does not have boundaries, he very much does, but we treat him with empathy and respect. We would love to find someone who shares these values.
