We are a friendly, busy family in SW6 seeking a caring professional to look after our three happy and active children. This role blends the buzz of school-run mornings and activity-filled afternoons with the joy of being part of a supportive home. We value kindness, reliability, and a calm, positive energy — and in return, we offer a welcoming environment, a car for work use, and flexibility during school holidays.

Children (B8, B5, G3) are in school full-time.

About the Role

A warm and welcoming private family in Fulham / Parson’s Green is seeking a kind, energetic, and experienced Nanny to care for their children, support their development, and help keep the household running smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a long-term role within a supportive environment.

Working Hours

During Term Time – approx. 45 hours per week:
Monday: 12:30 – 19:00
Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 – 19:00
Wednesday: 07:30 – 19:00
Friday: 07:30 – 18:30

During School Holidays – option for full-time hours:
Monday–Friday: 07:30 – 19:00 (or alternative schedule by agreement)

A full, clean UK driving licence is required – a car will be provided for work use.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide attentive, nurturing care to meet the children’s daily needs, well-being, and developmental milestones.
* Carry out school drop-offs and pick-ups; drive to and from after-school activities and supervise as needed.
* Support one child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) through patience, clear communication, and structured guidance.
* Keep children’s bedrooms, belongings, and school items well-organised.
* Manage children’s laundry, ensuring clothing is clean, well-kept, and in good repair.
* Plan, prepare, and cook healthy, balanced meals for the children.
* Create weekly grocery lists and handle food shopping for all children’s meals.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment within the home.
* Accompany the family on occasional travel, if required.

Preferred Skills & Experience

* Fluency in French is an advantage.
* Previous experience working with children who have SEN needs.
* A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
