About Me
I love children and have my own aged 24 and 11. Have been working as a private family, part time nanny for 5.5 years. I used work part time and full time school holidays, but my girl is now more independent so that can be discussed. Although I would prefer term time only.
My Experience
I worked for a family with 3 boys, as a private nanny and my duties were essentially pick and drop to and from school, helping when need to be taken to school/ activities or other. I needed to make sure all PE kits, uniform clothes, snacks, were clean and prepared for the next day. After school I help with homework, play dates, Lego, drawing, playing outside, taking to the park and I used to prepare dinner and wait for parents to arrive. Over the half term or holidays I used to work full time (10h a day) and take them to activities, swimming, playground, softplay, library, invite friends for play dates, etc. I had always my youngest girl with me, since she was 2, and the family was very happy to have her there everyday.
I would prefer to restart working part time only, or term time only, no less than 25h /weekly, starting morning up to 4 pm as I have my own child that arrives home around that time.
I have references upon request.
My Qualifications
I worked for 5 years as a private nanny, and only part time, 4 hours a day, so my job doesn't require any level of childcare qualification and Ofsted is only a parent choice, but I will be taking a First Aid course upon request.I have a valid DBS check. I have my own car but I live in walking distance to Burhill Primary school, only a few steps from School actually .
I worked as a teacher assistant too on a temporary basis.
My Availability
