She is honestly fantastic and wonderful with my sons, and they really happy around her.
My youngest son current childminder (for school drop off/pick ups) by poppy, she will take them home ,prep their lunch and make sure they are okay ,till i get home. My kids are completely fine with her and I am too. There have been times when she's been unable to work (holiday/life event) She's always given us enough notice to take leave. I feel we have an honest and open relationship and we understand each other. and planing to continue to use her for as long as she's available.
