Hi, I’m Madison, a passionate and experienced childcare professional based in Newquay.
I have over eight years of experience working with children from 6 months to 17 years old across nurseries, after-school clubs, babysitting roles, summer camps, and most recently with Disney Cruise Line. During my three years with Disney, I worked with children and families from all over the world and was trusted to become a Disney Trainer, supporting and mentoring new team members.
Before joining Disney, I worked as a Room Leader and Second in Charge within a London nursery, as well as providing regular babysitting services and supporting children in an after-school club with school pick-ups, homework help, activities, and meal preparation. I am currently a Room Leader in a nursery in Cornwall, however the nursery is sadly closing, which has inspired me to return to nannying.
I am currently studying part-time towards a degree in Education, reflecting my long-term passion for children’s learning and development. My approach is heavily influenced by the Curiosity Approach and Reggio Emilia philosophy, encouraging children to explore, create, problem-solve, and develop independence through meaningful play and real-life experiences.
I believe childhood should be filled with adventure, creativity, movement, stories, and opportunities to learn. Whether we’re exploring outdoors, creating art, reading together, singing nursery rhymes, baking, or simply turning everyday moments into learning opportunities, I strive to create a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and confident to be themselves.
Outside of childcare, I enjoy travelling, reading, ballet, and spending time at the beach. Through my work with Disney Cruise Line, I have been fortunate enough to visit over 20 countries, giving me a broad appreciation of different cultures and experiences that I love sharing with the children in my care.

I achieved a Triple Distinction (AAA) in Level 3 Performing Arts and hold 9 GCSEs across a range of subjects including English, Sociology, and Health & Social Care.
Alongside my childcare qualifications, I have completed a Harvard Business School Leadership Certificate, demonstrating my commitment to professional development and leadership. During my time with Disney Cruise Line, I also gained specialist certifications in Sea Safety, Crowd Management & Control, Fire Prevention, and Security Awareness, equipping me with valuable skills in safety, safeguarding, communication, and emergency response.
I am currently studying part-time towards a Degree in Education, further developing my knowledge of child development, learning, and teaching practices.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
- Nannying from £16.00 per hour (gross)
