My Summary

My Experience

I have worked with children from 0-17 years for the last 11 years. This includes work in nurseries and baby rooms. I have 9 years of nannying experience. 5 years of which I’ve worked with a child who has severe epilepsy, learning difficulties and high medical needs. I have worked with sole charge and shared charge and I’m always looking for a challenge. I’m happy to muck in with animals and household tasks, but I’m not looking for a housekeeping based role. My previous roles have involved working with other nannies as a team and separately.

I’m open to working with children of all abilities.

In 2021 I qualified as a CalmFamily baby specialist consultant. I have also work at a local special education school, as a 1:1 support for a previous charge.

I am very efficient and always go above and beyond to ensure my job is done to a high standard.

With two children of my own I can use my family life experience to support families.

My Qualifications

Paediatric first aid certificate
Adult first aid certificate
I use the DBS update service for both children and adults
Safeguarding certificate
Full clean driving licence
Level 3 diploma in childcare and education (CACHE).
Management of epilepsy training
Emergency medication administration training
Children’s emotional health training
Qualified CalmFamily baby specialist consultant
Autism/SEN experience
1:1 experience

Eager to take part in any extra training required.

My Availability

I am looking for a minimum of 12 hours per week but would do slightly more or less for the right family. I’m open to discussion to find something that suits both parties.

I can offer additional hours in school holidays.

My Fees

• Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)

£18 per hour.

Travel expenses of 55p per mile for travel during working hours.

Family to cover costs of all activities and expenses.

Overtime rate to be discussed. Please note this is just a guide and may change dependent on requirements.
