My Summary

My Experience

I have had multiple babysitting jobs since my mid-teens; the ages of children in my care have ranged from 6 months to 12 years old, and I have often cared for more than one child at a time.

I have also acted as a language teacher for children and adults learning, or struggling with, one of my native languages, and helped children with their homework.

I still keep in contact with the family I babysat for as a teenager, and love to regularly see the children I cared for so much as they grow. I began looking after the eldest, who is now 13, when he was 3, and still have a good relationship with the whole family.

I also have a 8 year old niece who lives in Spain, who I love to see and spend time with when possible, and absolutely dote on her. When I am with my niece her parents are very happy to leave us to our own devices as they know she is going to be well cared for, and I even volunteer to look after her when she is ill, just to get in as much quality time as I can with her.

I have been a nanny to two little boys for 3 years now. I started working with them when the oldest was 4 and the youngest only 6 months old. I've developed a long-lasting bond with the family and children, and shared in many of their milestones, from walking and talking to school changes.

I additionally provide babysitting for friends of the children I nanny for, and have established good relations with other parents and children.

My Qualifications

I have no official qualifications, but can obtain references if necessary from previous employers. I have also sent off for my basic DBS check.

My Availability

As intend to remain with the family I've been with for the last 3 years on a part-time basis, I'm looking for another family in the morning, Tuesday through to Friday.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
• Nannying from £17.00 per hour (gross)

My fees do not vary by number of children or hour.
