My Summary
About Me
I really enjoy childminding and making sure each child is looked after with alot of care and attention. I work together with my mum who has been childminding for many years and together we make a good team and can look after each child's individual needs. I find it very awarding to see children progress in all areas of development. Both me and my mum are CRB checked and are part of the National Childminding Association. We have a good selection of toys to suit each age of the childrens development. We do a variety of activities such as baking, painting, craft activities and colouring. We also teach the children colours, shapes, numbers and letters. Children enjoy our music and story time. We have a big play area outside which is all enclosed and consists of large cars, bikes, scooters, prams and pushchairs. The children enjoy skipping, jumping and playing with the balls and in the summer enjoy our own little sports day. We provide a hot meal for the children's lunch which is prepared daily and the children enjoy snacks, fruit and drinks throughout the day. We provide the younger children with daily dairies which are taken home each day.
My Experience
I have had experience of working in day nurseries, primarys schools, and home based placements working with babies and different aged children as part of my Diploma in childcare. I have dealt with weaning, teething and toilet training and have had children that needed special dietary needs. I have had the experience of looking after older children and i also take and collect them from our local primary school.

5yrs - 11yrs - £3.50 per hour (full day £25)

My daughter loved it here, she came on with speaking, toilet training & all learning. Every time she came home she amazed me of how much she had come on for her age. Great people!
