About Me
Hello, my name is Holly, I'm 26 and a qualified Social Worker. I have worked with people ages 2-100 (in lots of different roles!) and am looking for babysitting roles. I have worked in social care, education and support settings, as well as with private families. I love animals and am very happy with dogs, cats and other animal friends! I’m currently training to become a Play Therapist.
My Experience
I have extensive experience working with children and young people from a wide range of backgrounds and situations. I have worked in a Montessori nursery for 2-4 year olds, and have experience with children and vulnerable adults from 0-100! I have childcare experience within private households with children aged 9 months-18 years. I have lots of experience working with neurodiverse young people as a Support Worker.
My Qualifications
I am a Social Work England registered Social Worker - through this I have many different safeguarding and SEN qualifications. I am on the DBS Update system with an enhanced check and I have my paediatric and emergency first aid qualifications. I have also completed pool lifeguard training. I have British Sign Language Level 1 and 2 and am starting my Level 3 course this month.
My Availability
I can also help with occasional evening/ weekend babysitting. I attend a Level 3 British Sign Language course on most Thursday evenings this academic year.
