About Me
Hello, my name is Holly, I'm 26 and a trainee therapeutic play practitioner (first stage of play therapy training). I’m also a qualified Social Worker. I have worked with people ages 2-100 (in lots of different roles!) I have worked in social care, education and support settings, as well as with private families. I love animals and am very happy with dogs, cats and other animal friends!
My Experience
I am currently training to become a Play Therapist, and am building up my clinical hours in a Primary School. I have extensive experience working with children and young people from a wide range of backgrounds and situations. I have worked in a Montessori nursery for 2-4 year olds, and have experience with children and vulnerable adults from 0-100! I have childcare experience within private households with children aged 9 months-18 years. I have lots of experience working with neurodiverse young people as a Support Worker.
My Qualifications
I am a Social Work England registered Social Worker - through this I have many different safeguarding and SEN qualifications. I am on the DBS Update system with an enhanced check and I have my paediatric and emergency first aid qualifications. I have also completed pool lifeguard training. I have British Sign Language Level 1 and 2 and am currently on a Level 3 course until May. I’m currently a trainee therapeutic play practitioner (first stage of play therapy training).
My Availability
I am particularly looking for work during the school holidays, when I would be free every day. I currently work Monday, Tuesday and Friday all year round and am unavailable on Wednesdays during term time, however I am open to working all days. Please do message me to find out more about my availability, as I’m very open to changing.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.50 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
£15 per hour during the day for nannying, but £13.50 for evening/ babysitting
