I had a placement set up since January to start in April for my son. I messaged at the start of March as they said they would let me know when the settling sessions were but hadn’t got back to me. I have since sent 5 messages and called twice and they have completely ignored all of them. Now I’ve been left with no childcare. Extremely rude and unprofessional, if my place had been taken then at least have the decency to tell me.

Hi Sommer, on Wednesday 24th January we organised a visit for you to be able to look around our setting, which was carried out. Since your visit we have messaged twice regarding settling in sessions, both these messages where not replied to for well over a week. We can not just keep places open for weeks with no response as you can appreciate we have daily enquires for these spots. We have never had any issues and the feedback that we have received is positive especially when is comes to communicating. Just to clarify we have not received any missed calls from you and have always responded to you in a timely manner, and even went as far to reach out to you when we hadn't heard from you.
