After-School Family Assistant / Nanny – Kensington (W8)

We are looking for an exceptional after-school Family Assistant to support our family with two children (aged 9 and 5).

This is a role for someone who is highly organised, proactive and calm, and enjoys working with older children who have busy schedules and lots of interests.

The role includes:

* School pick-ups

* Managing after-school activities and clubs

* Helping to keep school bags, uniforms and sports kit organised

* Supporting homework and reading

* Preparing healthy snacks and simple meals

* Coordinating diaries and ensuring everyone is where they need to be

* Encouraging independence, good manners and positive routines

* Light child-related housekeeping (children’s laundry, keeping bedrooms and play areas tidy)

We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience with school-aged children
* Is warm, patient and confident
* Is highly organised and able to manage multiple schedules
* Takes initiative and enjoys creating structure and routine
* Is energetic and happy to be involved in sport and outdoor activities
* Has excellent references

Hours are flexible for the right candidate, with the possibility of additional hours during school holidays.
