About Me
Hello! My name is Grace and I live in Crawley. I have worked within childcare and early years for over 10 years including babysitting, nannying, mothers help, nursery work and working within a children’s centre. I have great experience with caring for babies, toddlers and children with additional needs, specifically Autism and language delays/disorders. I take pride in supporting children’s development as well as creating a warm, fun and relaxed environment for children and the family. I’m currently open to fully time positions.
My Experience
I have worked in a Nursery (Ofsted rated Outstanding) where I learnt amazing skills and knowledge working with children aged 6months-5 years. I have also worked as a dance teacher for children aged 3-6 years and with families of children aged 0-5, supporting parents/carers of children with special needs/challenging behaviour. I have full time nannying and mothers help experience, and have worked with multiple families - always supporting and accommodating their needs such as evening support, outdoor trips & house work support. I am very flexible and happy to work with/around families schedules where I can.
My Qualifications
I am qualified in CYPW Level 2 and have completed various safeguarding training courses including Autism Awareness.
My Availability
I am currently available for full time positions - Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm with flexibility!
