Hello lovely parents,
I am a 28- year old, British-Australian woman who is compassionate, attentive and hardworking with great knowledge of childcare and housekeeping within private households. I have obtained several years of combined experience in the industry, self-educated I understand the importance of tailored childcare and encouraging self-expression, discovery and problem-solving within a child. Viewing children as strong, intelligent individuals who should be given every opportunity to reach their full potential - through a well-balanced, child lead Montessori style of nannying.
I consider myself to be a bubbly and adventurous nanny who creates a fun, peaceful and positive environment with structure and fluidity. After building trust, the children's happiness comes first, I will do my absolute best to look after them with guidance, love and encouragement. Being their support throughout and caring for them, whilst achieving big smiles is my main priority.

* Managed the one child’s schedule (G3yr) and nap routines, whilst integrating fun, age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, outdoor learning and imaginary experiments and games
* Prepared and cooked nutritional, well-balanced meals and snacks for the child and family evening meals
* Illustrated a greater understanding of the child’s wants and needs, at the same time building trust and support between one another
* Demonstrated safe behaviour and taught the importance of seeking adult assistance when unsure
* Explored the child's interests and discovered their way of learning. Which helped integrate child development sessions at their advanced level
* Assisted in the development of health and personal habits. Ensuring she ate correctly, got enough rest, remembered manners and helped with toilet training.

* Organised art/craft activities and explored self-expression through sensory play, music, song and dance, primarily for the girl 2yrs.

* Managed regular tantrums and separation anxiety from mother
* Weaning the dummy, I leant tactical ways to reduce dummy time: removing the temptation, changing the subject and not using the word whilst placing a different comfort etc.
