About Me
My name is Catharine. I am an Ofsted registered childminder working in the upper area of Lincoln. I offer full time childcare to Early Years children 0 - 5 as well as school pick ups and drop offs from Mount Street Academy & Westgate Academy.
I have always loved the thought of working with children but it was not until I was on maternity leave with my 2nd child that i decided to do something about it and study a childcare qualification that would enable me to work with children as well as be at home with my own two little ones.
I aim to offer all children in my care a warm and welcome home from home approach. I want children to feel happy and comfortable within my setting providing fun activities that will challenge the children and help them to develop in their prime areas of development stated in the Early Years Statutory Framework which all Ofsted childcare providers have to follow.
My Experience
I have two little boys of my own, Jack aged 2 and Jayden 6 months. With them both being so young and reliant on me I feel this tests both my patience and ability to develop their skills both of which I have never struggled with so feel this career option is best for me.

My Availability
I will be working Monday to Friday offering full time childcare to those who require it. I do not have a set time to start, I am happy to work with you and your needs where your child is concerned. I understand work commitments can mean sometimes you will need to drop children off early and pick up later. I am happy to be flexible.
As mentioned about I offer school pick ups and drop offs as well as holiday care should this be required during the school holidays.

Home from home.. Catharine's really lovely, and the home setting is fab. My daughter goes after school and she always comes out with a smile on her face, having had fun. Catharine's been really accommodating and supportive and it's really helped with the transition into a new job- for me and Stella.

Catherine is prompt in picking up my daughter to school and dropping off her at home. She is also caring and helps when there is emergency too

Catharine looks after both my children before and after school, she has a home from home environment making my children feel welcomed and comfortable in their new environment. I have recently started studying at uni and Catherine has been super flexible to support me in my new adventure, ensuring that as a mum I can rest assured that my children are will cared for. Catharine is great at communicating with me to ensure all the children’s needs are met 🙂xx
