About Me
Hi, Im Emily and I have been a registered childminder in Morecambe for 9 years. I am rated as an 'OUTSTANDING' provider by Ofsted for the seconds time. I previously worked as a classroom assistant with children with Emotional and Behavioural issues, but decided to work from home when I had my first son. I love looking after children of all ages, I currently care for children from birth to 12 years including my own 2 boys. I have a playroom specially for childminding which leads onto a large rear garden, we also use the sitting room and kitchen/ dining area for messy play etc. I use the spare bedroom as a sleep area for babies.
We venture out daily puddle splashing, leaf kicking etc in the local parks. We love to visit places of interest for the children and we attend several toddler groups over the week so the children in my care mix with a larger group of children.
My Experience
I have enjoyed working with children since leaving college 12 years ago. I have worked as a classroom assistant for 5 years and prior to this I worked as a nursery practitioner.
I am also an active member of the Bay Childminding Network

My childminding setting is open between 8.00am and 5.00pmMonday -Friday. Closed Bank Holidays
