Warm, sociable and hard-working individual with plenty of practical experience. Seeking to work part time within a relaxed and friendly home. An outgoing and friendly person who confidently engages with people on all levels. With my own family, 3 children , all grown up and independent and with successful history as a businesswoman I’ve recently embarked on a new path.
My Experience
In 2016 I travelled to New Zealand and spent 6 months living with an old school friend and set up Airbnb and managed and ran it for their spring/ summer season. The daughter and 3 young grandchildren also lived in the house and I spent 6 months helping out with adhoc things.
On returning to the UK in March 2017 and not wanting to return to working in an office I was successful in being given the role as a housekeeper in a busy 6 bedroom home with 8 children. I managed a cleaner, gardener,nanny and builder to ensure the smooth running of the household . I drove 2 hour round trips on school runs on a regular basis and supported the 5 older children ages ranging from 16 years to 8 years and helped out sometimes with the 3 young babies all age 2 years and under.
I now have 8 years experience of nanny housekeeping within a few families.
