This was the first time we've used Karla as a babysitter, but we had been recommended her as someone who has a lot of experience with kids of all ages and someone who can put kids at ease quickly. She arrived when our child (3) was in the middle of a 'new person' meltdown however clearly was observing how we comforted him, and then stepped in and got playing with him in no time. Very professional and our child said he had a good time playing with her so will definitely be going to Karla again!
