Karla built a wonderful relationship with my 3,5 year old son, who is very playful. She was always able to keep up with him and match his enthusiasm. They laughed a lot together, and hearing their laughter was truly the most beautiful sound. Karla is cheerful, warm, and has a very gentle approach. She made us feel completely at ease and truly made our lives easier. We are very grateful for her support.
