About Me
I am an Ofsted-registered childminder based in Jennett’s Park, Bracknell, providing a fun, safe and nurturing home from home environment where children can learn, play and grow.
I work alongside my husband, and together we offer a warm, caring and supportive setting where every child is encouraged to feel happy, secure and valued. As parents of two children, with one now serving in the Royal Air Force and our younger child still at school, we understand how important it is to provide a loving environment that combines structure and routine with plenty of opportunities for children to explore, have fun and develop at their own pace.
We plan a wide variety of engaging and educational activities based around each child’s age, interests and individual needs. These include:
- Visits to local children’s groups
- Trips to local parks and outdoor spaces
- Feeding the ducks
- Arts, crafts and creative activities
- Educational and imaginative play at home
- Plenty of opportunities for outdoor play and exploration
We are fortunate to have a dedicated garden cabin used solely for childminding, creating a welcoming and stimulating space specifically designed for children to play, learn and enjoy activities.
Our garden also benefits from astro turf, giving children the opportunity to enjoy outdoor play throughout the year.
Above all, our aim is to provide a friendly, nurturing environment where children feel at home while being supported in their learning, development and growing independence.

My Experience
As a parent of two children, I have valuable first hand experience of caring for children and supporting their individual needs, development, and well-being. Alongside my practical parenting experience, I have completed a Level 3 Home-Based Childcare course at Bracknell and Wokingham College and hold a CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce. These qualifications have provided me with a strong understanding of child development, learning, safeguarding, and the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which children can thrive.
My Qualifications
I hold a CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce, providing me with a strong foundation in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.
Both my husband and I hold Paediatric First Aid certificates and have completed safeguarding training. We are committed to providing a safe, secure, nurturing, and well-supported environment where every child feels valued and cared for, and where their welfare and wellbeing are always our highest priority.

- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
We are pleased to offer funded childcare places and accept Tax-Free Childcare, helping to make high-quality childcare more accessible and affordable for families.
Our standard hourly rate is £6.50 per hour. We aim to keep our fees clear and transparent, giving parents peace of mind when planning their childcare arrangements.
