Hi,
I’m Kristie...I’m a registered child-minder. I live with my husband and our youngest daughter(18)We have 3 other children that have all moved to homes of their own. We are also lucky enough to have my dad live in our house as one big family.
I have been a fully qualified child-minder for the last 8 years and have been inspected by Ofsted meeting all set expectations. I hold a paediatric first aid certificate and am fully insured.
I will have spaces available from Mid August due to my current little ones moving up to school.
Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm. although other times may be possible.
I try to go out everyday in all weathers and most days we go to playgroups, Drusillas, parks, soft play or just get together with other child-minders, so that there are always lots of opportunities for the children to have fun and socialise with others, building on their social skills and gaining confidence.
My Experience
I previously worked as part of a team at a nursery in Brighton, before becoming a childminder in 2018.
I have full Paediatric first aid training.
I have had four children of my own. I also have 8 grandchildren that keep me very busy.

We have three children, and two of them have been lucky enough to be looked after by Kristie. The only thing we wish is that we’d found her sooner so our eldest could have gone to her too.
It’s hard to put into words just how much she means to our family. Our children absolutely adore her, and from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave, they’re smiling. She has such a special way with children, and it’s so clear how much she genuinely cares about every single one of them.
Every day is an adventure. Whether they’re visiting Drusillas, exploring national parks, going to soft play, having picnics, joining toddler groups, enjoying water fights or doing fun activities at home, they’re always making amazing memories. One of my favourite things is that Kristie shares photos and updates throughout the day, so even when we’re at work, we feel like we’re part of it all.
As parents, there’s nothing more reassuring than knowing your children are happy, safe and excited to go somewhere every morning. That’s exactly how we’ve always felt with Kristie.
I recommend her to anyone because I know they’ll feel exactly the same. She’s become such an important part of our children’s lives and ours too, and we honestly couldn’t imagine anyone better!

Krisite has looked after my children for the last 3 years, one is starting school in September and the other is continuing for another year.
Krisite is the most kind, caring and considerate lady you would ever meet and out of choice would go 7 days a week!. My children have always enjoyed their days with Krisite she goes above and beyond for every child she looks after and ensures each day is always filled with fun and laughter. Every day is different from paradise park, Sheffield park, play groups, the beach, soft play, nature walks, arts and crafts, bus ride, train rides the list goes on.
I Would highly recommend for any parent needing childcare for their children.
Any child krisite looks after/has looked after will have memories to last a lifetime.
