Exceptional

Sebby has been with Dawn for nearly 1.5 years now. Her level of service is exceptional. She is like a family member to us and I trust her more with Sebby than members of my own family as she knows exactly how he ticks. He has come on leaps and bounds since starting with Dawn and moving from a mainstream nursery, so much so that we are planning on keeping her alongside pre school next January.
Anyone who knows Dawn well, know she's goes above and beyond with service and to help, as shown by 99 per cent of her other ratings. Go meet her, as within 10 minutes with a covid baby we moved Sebby to Dawn and he was exceptionally clingy then. Within 2 weeks with Dawn he has come out of himself. Dawn has had some exceptionally difficult personal circumstances, recently that she eventually took time off, but yet when that happened she was still putting the children first which was incredible.
Dawn is not an only incredible childminder who is like gold dust to find, she is also an amazing friend and feels like a member of our family. I have never for 1 second regretted my decision to hire her and neither has any other member of our family.
Don't let one misunderstanding below ever put you down Dawn. Your 20 year track record speaks volumes lovely, not to mention how you are with the children and how much they adore coming to you. It's extremely rare to see a child crying at Dawn's.
