We live in Crewe, Cheshire. I am mum to 3 children. I work part time and run another business with my husband. Life is busy.
We’re looking for a kind, reliable and energetic PA/babysitter to support our two boys, aged 9 and 11, and occasionally our 14-year-old daughter. All three are neurodivergent, on an assessment pathway or have neurodivergent traits, so some understanding or experience of neurodiversity would be really helpful.
The children are generally very happy at home, but also really enjoy getting out and doing activities. The boys particularly love football, trampolining and gaming. We would really value someone who could encourage them to play well together, plan occasional activities and help them stay within their usual routines.
Support would mainly be some after-school help at home while we finish work (we work from home). There may also be some holiday hours and, very occasionally, evening or overnight support when we have work commitments.
We are based in Crewe. We’re looking for someone warm, calm and dependable who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and understands that neurodivergent children sometimes need a flexible and patient approach.
