Brilliant nanny

Leidy has been looking after our 1 1/2 year old daughter for the last few months as her nanny, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She is warm, caring & has developed a great bond with our daughter, and always comes up with fun activities for them to do together - we’re really happy we found her! I’m hoping Leidy stays with us for the long term as our nanny, and would defintely recommend her for babysitting, she’s wonderful with children!

Nanny to our daughter

Leidy has been our Nanny since the latter half of March 2022. She looks after our 15 month old daughter 4 days a week. She has built a good bond with our daughter, who clearly feels comfortable and happy in her care. Leidy cooks and prepares a variety of delicious and nutritious meals and takes our daughter outside everyday (a mixture of classes, the park/playground and meeting friends) without fail, sometimes twice a day if the weather is nice. At home, she will play with our daughter, sing to her, read and sometimes plan creative activities in the afternoon. I work from home mostly and this does not bother Leidy. She quickly learnt about our daughter’s routine and respects it always. Our daughter often suffers from nappy rash, eczema and a blocked tear duct and Leidy is sensitive and caring towards all. Sometimes my husband and I are both out of the house and in our respective offices meaning Leidy is at home alone with our daughter for the day. We have placed our trust in her with this and have never had a reason to question the care she gives our daughter. Even when I am home, I stay upstairs and leave them to it. We have been relaxed with what our daughter eats and so Leidy plans all meals herself. At our request, she sends a weekly shopping list of which ingredients she needs for the following week. Leidy has taught our daughter a handful of words in Spanish which she is using everyday. Occasionally when our daughter has been put down for a nap, she cannot settle so Leidy has gone in there and is able to calm her down and help her get to sleep. I think this is testament to the bond they have and how comfortable our daughter feels with Leidy.

Leidy was really warm and the kids felt comfortable with her. She picked them up from school and cooked dinner and did homework with the kids. She was great. We would definitely have her to help again.

Amazing Babysitter 🤩

Leidy was recommended to us via another Nanny and we have never looked back since. She struck an immediate bond with our two year old daughter and it was clear from the outset that she is a natural with children.

Aside from being lovely, Leidy is lasso incredibly reliable, punctual and has a knack for pre-emoting parental anxiety, sending lots of pictures and updates to help you feel at ease.

We can’t recommend her highly enough.

Wonderful nanny to our 2 year old

Leidy has been our nanny throughout this tumultuous year (2020). From day 1, she has taken excellent care of him. We have struggled with his sleep, but she was able to get him on a great schedule and we are really reaping the benefits of it! She has taught him Spanish during this critical time as he is learning to talk, and he has learned his colours, animals, and many words with her patience and repetition. She cooks AMAZING healthy meals, and has him constantly engaged playing, dancing, and learning. He warmed to her immediately, and he really loves her. When I am in another room in the house, I hear his hysterical belly laughs so loudly throughout the day. She gets him out of the house most of the day, every single day, but keeps him on a strict routine with food and nap times. We've been involved in a nanny share agreement with another family, so she has been managing two toddlers, and I'm still not sure how she does it every day with so much patience. She's a pro. Any family would be truly lucky to have her!! I will be happy to be contacted directly for any references :)
