About Me
Hi, my name is Jeevan Gangar. Being a mother myself (both sons now aged 18+) I understand and have felt the difficulty that comes with working a full-time job, and looking after children all at once. Having worked with children for many years myself, I am looking to provide a childminding service to alleviate some of the pressures experienced by mums and dads!
I live in a spacious four-bedroom house in Winnersh with a large conservatory and substantial garden for children to play. It has adequate facilities to cater for children from 6 months to 8 years old, and is situated closely to Bearwood School. I aim to provide a safe, enriched, fun learning environment through playful activities closely aligned with Early Years Foundation stage (EYFS).
I intend to work closely with parents to provide a nurturing environment for their child. Consequently, I am happy to make provision for any special dietary requirements and adjustments a child requires. I have a full driving license and am happy to do School/Nursery runs within the local area. I can also speak Hindi and Punjabi fluently. If you are interested, please do not hesitate to contact me.
My Experience
I am a qualified Nursery Nurse and OFSTED registered childminder. I have 12 years of experience working with children including 7 years as a Nursery Nurse at the Rainbow Day Nursery – a subsidiary of the Royal Berkshire hospital. I predominantly have experience with children aged 0 -5 years old, but I am also well accustomed to children between the ages of 5 – 12 years old, having worked at a holiday club for the past 6 years.

NVQ 3 in childcare.

Monday - Wednesday: 8am – 6pm (other hours or days strictly by prior arrangement).
