Hello, I'm Aisha I have 17 years experience working in childcare from all ages from birth to teenagers.
I run lil Vips childminding in ilford
I am Level 5 Qualified in teaching and education.
- I'm passionate about my career in childcare so I decided to bring my creative friendly and loving nature to my friendly and welcoming home.
- I offer a child-friendly, loving, and open space home with resources to meet every child's needs and development.
- I have a playroom which encourages all 7 areas of EYFS activities.
- I have a large open space garden to play and enjoy outdoor activities.
- I provide healthy meals
- I also offer a School pick and Drop Service. i am local to a few parks.
- I also do weekend Babysitting/Emergency care and Overnight stays.
I live 5 min walking distance from Ilford station and 5min bus route from the Barking station on EL1 bus or 169.

My son loves this place, he has a lot of toys, he does a lot of activities, is clean, staff is communicative, caring, loving. I'm happy that my son feels at home in this place.

Aisha is such a lovely and caring childminder, and I feel very lucky to have found her. She is incredibly flexible and always goes above and beyond to help, even when I needed childcare at the last minute. This has given me so much peace of mind.
Her setting is beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together, with plenty for the children to enjoy. She also provides nutritious food, which I really appreciate. What stands out most, though, is how genuinely caring and attentive Aisha is. My son was happy to go to her and came home smiling.
I truly appreciate everything Aisha does, especially meeting my son's needs and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent looking for someone they can trust and feel completely comfortable leaving their child with.

Aisha is very helpful and accommodating with my son who has special needs.
I needed someone who I can trust and I know my son is in good hands with Aisha and her playful settings at her friendly home.

Hello
I am still using Childminder and my kids enjoyed the time there. One of my 2 sons is still going and he doesn't want any other childminder then her. She is 200% reliable and she goes the extra mile e.g. when I need extra days care with short notice, she made availability to care for kids, very fair price, she provide good advice on care for kids. She did had challenges with my kids at beginning but after couple of weeks and good communication they got to understand each better and its now almost 1 full school year my kids still attending her nursery. The tiney app is great, gives all details on the invoice just exactly how the government request all details to be presented, the app is also great to check on what's been happening at nursery with pictures and summary of activities.

Aisha was extremely helpful when i couldn't find any childminder she was really kind and supportive. My son enjoyed being there. Thank aicha i know it was hard to look after my son as he has autism and ADHD, but you did all y9u can and more. Trying new things every day to acvomodate his needs although she needed a long time to know him first. Kind regards fadouia

She is very reliable and and always responsive. Always available when I have emergency work. Kid feels at home and happy to stay with her. House is very clean and welcoming.

As a working mum it can be difficult to leave you kids with people you do not know but I have been using aiesha since September for both my kids and have never had any issues. The kids enjoy there time there, are well fed and clean upon pick up and even if need to make changes and last minute care they always accommodate. Nice family setting, more one to one time than at big nurseries and lots of activities for the kids. Would definitely recommend

I have contacted Aisha ,she was quick to reply and we spoke then on watssap ,I have explained everything that I needed for my daughter,was all good communication
We agreed to meet face to face on a Friday together with my daughter
Bear in mind I was clear and explained to her that I needed someone for 4 days because I will need to travel urgently.
After a day I have send her a voice note which she played and no reply
It left me with very short time to find someone especially when most of the times I don’t find someone straight away and in my area.
Absolutely unprofessional now I have to try find someone between today and tomorrow as I am l traveling on Monday .
And we’ve en speaking siMonday the 6 of January so Thursday morning I had to message her again shift her to tell me she won’t be able to do the drop off.

I highly recommend this childminder. They're so accommodating, professional, understanding and amazing. My children are always happy there and always come back with stories of their amazing experiences and time there. I am a returning customer and always re use them. I like their flexibility that can range from steady childcare to even adhoc childcare, and even overnights. Absolute life savers! 5 stars from me! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
