Dionne and her wonderful team (Crystal, Raysha and Catherine) cared for our three kids over the last few years, our eldest after school and our youngest two from babies until they left for pre-school.

As soon as I visited the setting I knew my kids would be well cared for. All of the adults are so warm, caring, and attentive, and each of our kids formed really strong bonds with them.

The setting is beautiful and Dionne makes the absolute most of the space with a lovely outdoor area. The activities the kids engage in are amazing, Dionne makes a massive effort to support their learning and emotional development. She also encourages really kind and respectful behaviour between the children, and they all have a lovely time together.

She goes above and beyond on activities outside the setting with trips to the park, play clubs, museums, and trips to lots of different places around London.

She provides amazing food encouraging the kids to get involved in cooking and preparation. Having tasted her food I can 100% vouch for it being delicious.

Most importantly our kids loved going there. We genuinely felt like we were leaving them with family and it made my transition back to work so much easier knowing my babies were somewhere so lovely. We really miss having Dionne, Raysha, Crystal and Catherine in our lives now that they have grown out of this setting!

If you're looking for a setting for a baby I couldn't recommend Dionne enough.
