Hello my name is Rosie Burden, I live in Brockenhurst, I'm 30 and have over 12 years experience working with children. I have been a babysitter/nanny for 10 years and have experience with neurodivergent children.
I have experience with all ages but prefer working with children 4+.
I'm very active, creative and empathetic with varying interests and hobbies. I enjoy outdoor activities and I'm a huge lover of all animals.
My approach to caring for children is to listen, show kindness, empathy and support them to be the most secure and happy they can be. I have a special interest in supporting girls with autism.
Whilst working as a teachers assistant I have had experience with special needs children, including Autism, Adhd, anxiety and attachment issues.
I have a drivers licence.
My times I can work are not set in stone, however I do have some evening obligations that might affect working hours.

£15 per hour on weekdays
£17 on weekends
£18 per hour after 11pm or on bank holidays and other holiday days

Rosie is great! Met with myself and children before accepting job of babysitting to put us all at ease. She arrived on time and kept me updated throughout the evening, would happily use again and couldn’t recommend her enough. Kids loved her!!
