I have experience in working with many different families. Working with children from new born to early teens, and have plenty of twin experience including care of special needs children and having my own twin girls (age 19)
The qualifications I hold are NVQ level 3, Diploma Level 3 in home base child care, up to date Paediatric first aid (which I renew every 3 years) Epi pen trained, Child protection certificate, health and hygiene certificate, Special educational needs certificate and safeguarding certificate. Food and hygiene certificate. I am DBS checked and Ofsted registered with nanny insurance.
I consider myself to be confident, organized, very reliable, extremely patient, honest, a fun/ bubbly character and loving caring person with a good sense of humor. I like to keep fit in my spare time by swimming and jogging. I live on the outskirts of Winchester and am looking for a job around this area.
I am ideally looking for 2/3 mornings per week as from June 2024. I have worked for my current family 4 years but this will be ending because the youngest starts school.
I am use to having sole charge of the children I look after.
I have also worked for many NHS Doctors/Consultants so know they need the flexibility of a nanny and a reliable, punctual person.
I love the outdoors environment in all weathers. I enjoy taking the children I look after to places such as parks, walks, swimming, zoos, Farms, toddler groups, clubs, Music groups, soft play, singing groups and looking at books in the library along with story time. I have a good social network with other nannies in the area with young children, and do play dates. I like reading to them, coloring, drawing, painting, and doing jigsaws with them. I love looking after children as I find it rewarding watching them grow and taking each milestone and knowing you have played a part in his/her life making them happy, healthy and confident children.
I have exemplary references from previous employers that are available to you on request as with my full C.V.
I am able to sort out my own tax and N.I and have my own accountant to do this. (This can save a lot of money, time and paperwork for employers)
I hold a full clean driving licence and have been driving for 23 years with no accidents.
I have my own modern car with iso fix that I'm willing to use during working hours.
