I cannot recommend Suzie highly enough. She has been an absolute godsend for our family, and my girls absolutely adore her.

One of Suzie’s greatest strengths is her communication. She is always responsive, keeps me informed, and is incredibly flexible whenever changes arise. As a parent, that level of communication and reliability is invaluable and gives me complete peace of mind.

Suzie is a genuinely lovely person and a wonderful mother to her son, Josh, which shines through in the way she cares for the children in her setting. My daughters are always happy and excited to spend time with her, and I know they are safe, nurtured, and well looked after.

She provides wholesome, home-cooked meals and is always conscientious about checking with me whenever necessary. My daughter has severe peanut and sesame allergies, and Suzie manages these confidently and carefully, which has given me enormous reassurance. Knowing that my child’s safety is taken so seriously allows me to leave her in Suzie’s care with complete confidence.

I also love the Tiney app that Suzie uses. It makes everything so efficient, from invoices to notifications confirming that the children have been collected. It’s another example of how organised and professional she is.

Suzie is reliable, honest, patient, trustworthy, and caring. She consistently goes above and beyond, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found her. Any family would be lucky to have their children in her care.
