I am a responsible, caring and reliable 27 year old with 10 years of experience in childcare. I have worked with children of different ages and enjoy creating a safe, supportive and engaging environment where they can learn and grow.
I graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Religion and Theology in 2023 and currently work as a Fundraising Officer for a housing union. I consider myself a kind, empathetic and curious person. I believe in open communication and volunteer with a conflict resolution charity in Bristol called Resolve West. In this role, I work with social housing tenants to help repair challenging relationships between neighbours so that they can live more comfortably together.
In my free time, I enjoy creative hobbies such as playing guitar, dancing, reading and painting. I incorporate these interests into childcare through music, creative play and arts and crafts.
In 2021, I completed a diploma in childcare which provided me with theoretical knowledge to complement my practical experience.
My Experience
I began babysitting at 15 and have since worked with a variety of families which has given me lots of experience in childcare and household support.
Between 2017 and 2019, I worked full-time for a family in Wiltshire, caring for four children. This included looking after a set of twins from when they were six weeks old, as well as caring for the other two children during school holidays. In this role, I helped support the running of the household alongside the housekeeper. My responsibilities included organising the children's bedrooms and completing their laundry, while maintaining their routines and creating stimulating activities.
Between 2021 and 2024, I worked part-time for three families in Bristol. In one role, I cared for two children aged 3 and 5. I was responsible for administering insulin throughout the day for one of the children to help manage her diabetes. In my other role, I cared for four children, collecting them from school, playing with them, and preparing their evening meals. Finally, I cared for two children, one under the age of 1 and the other aged 7. I looked after the baby during the day and collected the older child from school. I spent time playing with and entertaining both children, and prepared dinner for the family to enjoy when the parents returned home from work.
Between 2017 and 2018, I worked as a housekeeper in two hotels in Bath: No.15 and Bloomfield House. This gave me a foundational understanding of how to manage a household.

- Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)
