About Me

I live in Long Eaton with my Husband and 3 children and began working as a ofsted registered childminder in 2017. I am also registered with our local.authority dcc. I currently offer full time and before and after school drop off's and collection for Dovedale School, Monday to Friday. Nursery drops/ collection may be available, please enquire.
I also offer holiday cover if required for school age children. Children at my setting enjoy trips out to local play groups and leisure areas - i.e the park, local Library, petting farm and fun events like fun tots at westpark leisure centre and also days trips further afield during the school holidays. At home i offer fun activities such as play doh, baking, coloring, drawing and crafts, outside we have a large garden with a swing set, slides and sand pit. We are in the process of changing the garden to include veggie bed so the children can help us grow fruits and vegetables for us all to enjoy. We attend a group or class most days of the week to enable the children to interact with others, play and learn.
I offer breakfast and a light tea for before and after school children. For full time eyfs childen breakfast, snacks, lunch and tea if required. My own children are aged between 5 and 16 so i have personal experience of all ages. Ours is a non smoking and pet free home.
