About Me
I am an experienced Ofsted registered childminder and have looked after children from newborn for many years. I have four children and several grandchildren and use my own personal experience to give children the best start whilst in my care.
My Experience
I have been a successful childminder for over 30 years and hold a enhanced DBS and first aid certificate. I am still in touch with many of the children I have had the privilege to look after. I understand how important it is for parents to leave their children with someone they can trust. My wealth of experience and the joy I still have being a childminder will ensure your child will be well looked after.

My Availability
I am available Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm. I am also available for short term placements during the school holidays for parents who need help.
My Fees
- Childminding from £10.00 per hour
My fees are reasonable and include meals and drinks (excluding milk and nappies).
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Fenstanton Primary School

I am a father of three and have known Gloria since our second child was born in 2011. I have found Gloria to be warm and engaging to all the children in her care. The bond she has with our daughter is very special, and this has made it much easier for us to leave our daughter in her care while we both work.
Gloria is an excellent communicator and is very reliable, with her timekeeping being of special note. She has created a safe, fun and stimulating environment for our daughter over the years, which I firmly believe will continue to be the case in the years to come. It has been fantastic to see our daughter interacting with the other children in Gloria’s care over the years, which is something that Gloria herself actively encourages.
We were very sad to leave her care once our daughter started school full-time, but hope that our baby son will be looked after by Gloria when he is ready for her ‘Motherly Care’.

I needed a childminder for my boys (2 & 5) as I was having to do business in London over the Easter period. Gloria was available and once the boys and I met her it quickly became clear that she was the perfect person for the job. Gloria was exactly what we needed. The boys thoroughly enjoyed their time with her and the other children, having fun filled days of play, learning and physical exercise - not to mention how excited my 5 year old was to tell me about all the tasty and nutritious food they had to eat. Gloria is always my first point of call when I'm in the capital as I know that my boys will be incredibly well looked after. 5 stars isn't enough to demonstrate how highly I recommend this brilliant lady!

Gloria is a excellent childminder and has looked after both my children from newborn for the last 10 years
Gloria is simply the best! She’s incredibly caring, patient and trust-worthy. Her 30+ years’ experience is clearly evident in every wonderful moment she spends with our son and daughter. She’s made my transition to work infinitely easier and I couldn’t imagine leaving my precious ones with anyone else. We’re so pleased and lucky to have found her. Would highly recommend
