Very friendly, went above and beyond

I work as a community carer and my partner works for a subcontractor for amazon. Usually we alternate weekends, but unfortunately we were both needed today. Tom messaged me by chance and I asked him for some info on him and he was very comfortable in giving that. I asked if my kids, my partner and I could meet him first which he agreed too and we all liked him straight off the bat. He even agreed to work later for us as I was called out for an emergency and even volunteered to bring the boys to pick me up from Work. My kids really loved having Tom round and were so well behaved for him. We owe you more than you know and are truly grateful for your message. I know who I will use again if we ever need a babysitter/childminder. Thank you Tom

Thanks so much for your kind and detailed review that you've posted today :D It was great to meet you all on Friday and I'm glad everything went well with the boys while watching and playing with them, they were boisterous at times but they are boys and as such, need to expel that energy, so I let them in a safe way!

Your children are a credit to both you and Jeff. I tend to specialise in SEN and complex health, however I saw your job came up and knew you needed it, so I'm glad I could help and that it went so well

Professional, Friendly and Amazing with my childre

Tom has been great from the start. He is the only sitter my children have ever asked to see again and they are genuinely excited to see them again. He is friendly, honest and i trust leaving him in charge of my 3 children. My 1 son is disabled and Tom is more than capable of caring for him and has learnt to communicate well with him.
Tom doesn't even mind my 2 naughty collie puppies 😂

Thanks Beth so much for your kind review! It's cheered me up to no end! Every day is a different one for children, and I learn something new every day. You and your children (even the dogs, cat and hamster) have been so welcoming and I truely enjoy coming, it doesn't even feel like work, I can't wait to see you all on the weekend!

Very reliable and knowledgable

We have an 8 year old son who has learning difficulties and at times challenging behaviour and is also unable to speak. Thomas engaged with him really well and our son really warmed to him, plus Thomas has a very good understanding of SEN children. I would highly recommend him.

Thank you so much Bubsy, your son is amazing and has so much potential, it's such a shame covid got in the way of what could have been amazing, that and me moving houses to Cannock!

I hope he is thriving, he deserves it and I know with you, mum and extended family around him he has every chance to be the best he can.

Every SEN child has individual and special self targets that is a lot to them.
