Full Time Nanny

Im looking for someone who is a 'mother like figure' but also will be seen actively engaging with my children and doing activities.
Im looking for someone from the hours of 7am to 5pm every monday to Friday, this can change due to rota changes with work but I know a month in advance.
Ive 4 children,aged 14,8,4 and 2 years old.
Need a nanny who can drive.
