About Us
Fairways is a bright and well resourced nursery offering quality childcare for children aged 2 - 5 years. We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, 38 weeks of the year.The nursery is situated in the picturesque village of Stisted approximately 2 miles from Braintree and under 5 from Halstead. With our rural location, there is a natural emphasis on outdoor activities whether it is playing in the well-equipped garden, planting or gardening or enjoying one of the many local woodland walks watching the seasons change.Within our broad well-balanced indoor curriculum, we recognise the important role “just playing” has in the early years. We encourage children to experiment, explore their environment for themselves allowing time and providing opportunity for children to practice new skills and perfect the old. We are very flexible in our session options and have a very caring environment, with experienced, long term staff members.

We have a vast variety of sessions available and have a very flexible approach, as we appreciate people that work shift work and that sometimes life has to be “juggled”
