Hello,
My name is Vicky and I am 36 years old. I am fun, energetic & devoted to providing excellent childcare. I have worked in childcare for the last 10 years. I also have a 16 year old son and a 6 month old little girl.
I am the 4th eldest of 7 children & have lots of nieces & nephews, so I have always been around children with different personalities and needs.
I live in the AL1 area of St Albans.
I do have my own car with a clean licence.
I am not currently Ofsted registered however I am willing to be, should a position require it.
My Experience
I worked in a pre-school for 8 years so I worked with 2-4 year olds there and then moved to Nannying and worked with a lovely family with 3 children.
I have had day nursery experience whilst training.
I often look after my niece and nephews when my sister in law works in the city.
My Qualifications
Level 2 in childcare
Diploma for early years workforce (AKA level 3 in childcare)
DBS check
Peadiatric first aid
Safeguarding training
Anaphylaxis training
Makaton training
My Availability
Ideally I am looking for a full/part time position, however open to different opportunities
My Fees
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
£15 per hour but negotiable depending on amount of hours

Vicky has such an amazing manner and technique with children. Her patience, her caringness and her love of children just makes her such an amazing childminder. She has such an amazing method with calming situations and providing comfort. The children automatically would approach Vicky with anything. Her kind but robust nature gives the children a wonderful role model. We all think she is amazing.

Vicky has been amazing. She looks after my daughter two days a week while I work in the city. I never doubt Vicky’s ability and have complete faith that she will look after my daughter to the highest standard.
Vicky has compassion, is trustworthy and completely reliable. She is always willing to go the extra Male to help us out.
My daughter always thoroughly enjoys herself when at Vicky’s. They spend time at the park and often my daughter brings home arts and crafts.
Vicky is the perfect Nanny for us and we’re so grateful for everything she does.
