Cancelled my place with one weeks notice.

Booked a place for my boy to start, had settling in shifts arranged. A Week before he was due to start, got a message saying going to have to cancel due to personal reasons, yet now has spaces available. Had to take unpaid leave to find a new childminder, This childminder is Unreliable.

Hi, thank you.
I did keep a place open for you a couple of months, (turning work away in the process)without any deposit or fees paid and no contract. I also informed you I had personal circumstances to deal with, and like another else I have my own family to care for. Which You were fine with.
And may I add I contacted you a couple of weeks ago, offering you a place, you turn it down and said you had someone. And has you can also see it says from January places are available!.
So I really don’t understand how after a month, you felt the need to leave a negative review. And I’m sure anyone who knows me, will say I am anything but unreliable. But thank you for your review it’s much appreciated.
