About Me
Hi my name is Catherine i am an ofsted registered childminder living in East Hunsbury with my husband our 2 children aged 14 and 10. I also have 2 step children aged 15 and 21.
I live in a 4 bedroom house with lots of room downstairs for the children/babies to play offering downstairs wc facilities, play room. dining room and conservatory with a fully enclosed garden offering a variety of toys.
The activites i do in the day with the children are lots of outdoor activites, walking the dog lots getting plenty of fresh air on all weathers painting, drawing, crafts, puzzles, dress up. Lego. Play kitchen and lots more activities which will help with there all round development linking to the eyfs.
I can offer full or part time places offering flexablitiy with hours to suit shift workers and i also offer baby sitting services for that occasional night out that we dont get when we have young children to look after..
I am able to provide healthy snacks and nutritious home cooked meals on request.

My Experience
I have been a step mum to my husbands children for 15 years plus having my own 2 children and also worked in a nursery where i gained my quailifications for 2 years. I have been childminding since 2011.
My Qualifications
Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
NVQ LEVEL 3 in childcare.
I have also completed the compulsory training set out by northampton childminding Association.
I will be also keeping up to date with regular courses for childminders.
Im also a member of pacey which is where i also have my public liability insurance.
My Availability
I am available to work mon-fri from 7am-7pm - im happy to be more flexable if you are a shift work with my days and hours to suit.
I would also consider working weekend to.

We have been with Catherine for 1.5 years now (18m - 3yr) and have no plans to leave! Her home is set out to be very young child friendly with a dedicated play room including toys and activities for all the children she cares for. My son enjoys walking in the park and both free play and structured activities at home.
Catherine is very good with being consistent and working with parents, her own two children are very caring and happy.

My 6 month old son has been with Catherine for 6 weeks, whilst I returned to work part time, I was glad when I found out Catherine had begun childminding, as I had already known her and her 2 children for about 2 years, my son has settled in very well, and is always happy to be left when I go to work, Catherine gives me daily updates and fills out a diary, I know when I'm leaving max that he will be well taken care of, and I couldn't be happier with her service .
