We feel very fortunate to have found Hattie. Hattie was a super nanny to our 1 year old daughter for a year. She always went the extra mile and had an amazing energy and positive outlook. She is very proactive and thoughtful in her approach to childcare, coming up with ideas for meals, snacks, games, activities and day trips. Hattie was never phased by anything and took everything in her stride. Her medical background was a huge bonus as Hattie was always there for our daughter depite the usually childhood illnesses and happy to take her to the doctors or administer and medications. She is very sensible and quick on her feet which was very reassuring. We knew our daughter was always in very capable hands.

Aside from the usual nanny duties Hattie was fundamental in teaching our daughter her first words and sentences. Our daughter was blessed to have such an engaging nanny that took joy in teaching her those early words and how to string them together in to sentences. She made learning fun and a part of everyday activities and mealtimes and it really made a huge difference. She also attended music, gymnastics and swim classes with our daughter and took great pleasure in watching her improve week by week. We miss Hattie and always love hearing from her and catching up when she is back in London. We shared so many happy memories in the year she worked for our family and would welcome her back in a heartbeat! He is a very positive, genuine, honest and dependable person and always up for having fun!
