Hi,
My name is Karen and I am the proud mother of one daughter who is now 24 years of age. I am a professional mature lady who has over 30 years experience of working in the childcare sector. I am currently employed for most part of the week as a children's nanny to three adorable children, however I do have availability on Tuesdays of each week should anyone need a nanny for one day.
My Experience
I have extensive childcare experience having worked in both America and England with typically developing children and children who have additional needs from newborn - 16 years of age. I have experience in looking after twins and have also in the past been a short break foster carer for Barnardos, where I provided respite care for a child who had severe learning, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
My Qualifications
In the summer of 2010 I graduated from Liverpoool Hope University and hold a BA (Hons ) in Advanced Study of Early Years and Health. I am Ofsted registered, have an up to date DBS and also hold a Paediatric First Aid Certificate. I am very easy going, am a non smoker and have a full driving license.
