Hello, my name is Amber and I am a 26 year old British female living in Basingstoke. I consider myself a fun, bubbly person who loves working with children of all ages. I am passionate about following their individual needs and dedicated to forming a safe environment, where I can help support your child with their development by providing them with activities which relate to their interests. I can carry out a range of fun and messy craft activities with them, and would also love to take them on fun days out to help with their socialising skills, such as, play groups, music classes, soft play, or to the park. I am also more than happy to take on extra duties within my role, such as general housework.

My Experience
I’m an experienced Early Years Educator with 10 years working in the childcare industry, and hold an NQV Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People. I’ve worked in 4 nurseries and a Crèche, working with children from ages 0-9 year olds. I have experience in working with children who are potty training and can help your child with transitioning from nappies to pants if needs be. I also have experience with allergies/intolerances/preferences, and am trained to administrator epi-pens. I am Paediatric First Aid trained and my DBS is up to date. I also hold a full, clean driving license. I have taken many training courses within the 10 years I have worked in childcare, including Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Safeguarding, Prevent Duty, Behaviour Management and Duty of Care.
